Congratulations to the DDYSC 00 Wolves Navy U12 Academy Girls who won the Academy Cup Championship. The girls advanced to the finals following three shutout victories in pool play. For the tournament, the girls went undefeated and unscored on. Poor weather forced the finals to be decided via penalty kicks. After two rounds of tense penalty kicks, the girls won the Championship.  Congratulations on a great weekend and wonderful Academy careers.

Congratulations to Andre Deas, Jr. and Lagos Kunga who have been invited to represent Georgia in the Region ODP Camp in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Andre and Lagos will attend the week long camp in mid July. The Regional camps are designed to provide high level competition and training for participating players. During this training and competition, players who are capable of performing at a higher level of play are identified for possible national team camp, pool, or team participation. Good Luck Boys!

Congratulations to Coach Jeff Newbury and the 98 Wolves Elite Under 14 Boys who advanced to the Finals of the Cobb Classic. The 98 Wolves Elite went undefeated in pool play and advanced to the finals. Following a tough, hard fought game that ended in a 2 to 2 draw. The boys went on to Penalty Kicks to settle the game. Unfortunately, the boys lost in penalty kicks.  Congrats boys on a great weekend.

Congratulations to Coach Toby Ozias and the 99 Wolves Premier U13 team who advanced to the finals of the Cobb Classic. After going undefeated in pool play, the boys advanced to the finals. The boys were defeated by a very good Cobb FC team. The 99 Wolves Premier team showed very well against some great competition. Congrats boys, great way to start the season.

Congratulations to Coach Drew Whitelegg who was named Georgia Soccer’s Girls Recreational Coach of the Year. Coach Drew was chosen from hundreds of coaches from across Georgia. Drew has been with DDYSC for several years and has been a mainstay in the recreational soccer program. Coach Drew represents the very best of the DDYSC as a coach, mentor, and role model to each player he works with. We are so proud to call Drew one of our own.

Congratulations to Coach Paul Wiesboeck and the DDYSC 03 Academy Under 9 Boys group who won the GSA Invitational Tournament. The boys went undefeated in pool play and capped off their tournament with a convicing win the final match. For the weekend, the boys scored an impressive 34 goals in four matches. Way to go boys!

Congraulations to Coach Doug Kennedy and the DDYSC 99 Athena Gold U13 Girls team who reached the finals of the GSA Invitational. The 99 Athena Gold team reached the finals after 3 wins in pool play and lost a very close final match 1 to 0. Congratulations Girls on a great finish to the season.

The 98 Wolves Premier team went undefeated in pool play and lost a hard fought game in the finals. This was second trip to the finals for this group during the Fall Season. Congratulations boys on a great season.

Congratulations to Coach Robert Glenn and the Under 8 DDYSC Clicking Cleats who won the United FA Rec Rocks Tournament. The girls advanced to the finals and won a thrilling 1 to 0 match in the finals to capture the Championship. Way to go girls!

Congratulations to Coach Ashley Schmidt, Coach Alissa Didonato, and the Under 11 Academy Girls group who won the TYSA Cup Championship. The girls went undefeated in pool play and won in the final 2 to 1 to claim the championship. Great job girls, we are all very proud.
